Dom has spent over 15 years shaping smart city strategies and public policy, from founding the nation’s first Smart Region to driving multi-million-dollar AI and broadband expansion projects with global technology leaders. He’s served in pivotal roles at Amazon Web Services and the Arizona Commerce Authority, forging partnerships that leverage cutting-edge technology to solve real-world challenges.

Dom’s academic background is equally impressive. He earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU), holds a Master of Public Administration from ASU, and completed dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Italian—also at ASU—along with minors and certificates in Economics, International Business, and International Studies. He is a graduate of the Executive Master’s in Global Business Management program at ASU’s Thunderbird School of Global Management and was recognized as a Marvin Andrews Fellow during his graduate studies.
